Our focus would be transformation using a variety of tools like parts work, somatic psychology, nature-based therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Because I've worked in a variety of settings from large corporate organizations to schools, I can offer you both experience and flexibility.
Evening appointments available Tuesday & Wednesday until 8pm. Saturday until 2pm.
