Haley Rognstad
Haley believes all humans possess innate wisdom that allows us to move towards deeper healing and balance in our lives. Haley's goal as a therapist is to foster conditions under which you can access this innate wisdom and healing, bringing you closer to what you truly desire for yourself.
As a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC), Haley has completed training in a variety of therapeutic approaches including Neuroaffective Relational Model (NARM), Psychobiological Approach to Couples Therapy (PACT), Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). They believe in utilizing an eclectic approach to therapy in order to meet the needs of the unique and complex individual that you are.
Haley works with adults of all gender identities, sexual orientations, and cultural backgrounds. They provide anti-oppressive, neurodivergent affirming, and trauma trained individual and couples/relationship therapy. Haley has experience assisting individuals with trauma and complex trauma (relational, physical, sexual, and emotional), childhood trauma, chronic pain, neurodivergence and adult diagnosed/self-diagnosed autism, difficult life transitions, and LGBTQIA+ specific stressors. Haley's couples therapy is queer, poly, ethical nonmonogamy, and kink friendly. She strives to incorporate creativity and gentle humor into every session as she believes that therapy can be both fun and challenging.
Haley is a queer, gender nonconforming, neurodivergent, spoonie who loves Halloween. She is a cat mom, partner, and artist/creator of whimsical polymer clay creatures.
